ON THE WALL TO YOUR
RIGHT is Degas' "Les Danseuses." If you turn to the
left you will see another Degas, "The Ballet Recital."
On the opposite wall are eleven more Degas paintings and a Degas
bronze. The closet down the hall is stuffed with fifty or sixty
more Degas. Like every museum in America, this place is lousy with
Degas. Indeed, the entire building is heated by a single janitor
shoveling Degas paintings into the furnace.
